Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Rhythmic Beauty LLC has a 30% cancellation fee if not cancelled within 24hrs. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Journey at (513) 824-5882 as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. The booking deposit will go towards your rescheduled service, cancelations will not receive the booking deposit back. No call no shows will be charged 50% of the service & will not receive the booking deposit back. ALL booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for every service along with a cancellation fee outside of the 24hr policy. Thank you for understanding, Rhythmic Beauty LLC
